Shipping & Handling
Local shipping within New Zealand
We aim to ship your order on the next business day following receipt of your order. We use Courier Post for our deliveries and depending on where you are located within New Zealand you can expect to receive it within 1-3 business days. Courier Post delivers on weekdays, generally between 9am - 5pm. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses can often take a little longer so please be patient.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will also contain a link so that you may track your order.
All stock is shipped from our premises located in Auckland.
By default we use a non-signature service for all parcels. Please note if you would like 'signature required' service, please leave a note on checkout.
All parcels are sent at the buyers risk, so please make sure that your Courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you will not be home to receive it. Regrettably, neither Sunday Ritual nor Courier Post is able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property.
We use Courier Post couriers to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact Courier Post (0800 268 743) directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Our rates are as follows:
Urban delivery under $50 - $6
Urban delivery over $50 - FREE
Rural delivery under $50 - $9
Rural delivery over $50 - $3
International shipping
We are now shipping to Australia, Canada, and the US using DHL. Shipments will be sent on the next business day (NZT) and will take 3-7 business days. The recipient is responsible for all customs & duties that may be applicable in your country.
